Cookie policy
Essential data and preferences
WordPress uses data required for login and account security. Appearance preferences, some chat settings and your privacy choices may be saved on your device in cookies or local storage. Language preferences and optional exercise progress are also saved in your browser when you use those features.
Statistics and marketing
Google Analytics and Google tags are connected through Site Kit. The privacy panel lets you choose statistics and marketing or advertising measurement separately. Optional storage is denied initially. Google Consent Mode adapts tag behaviour to your choice; it does not block every network request to Google. Limited technical signals may be sent even if you decline optional storage.
Read Google’s privacy policy and the Site Kit Consent Mode documentation.
Changing your choice
Open Privacy settings at the bottom of the page. You can decline optional categories, accept them or save individual choices. The local record oz-consent-v2 is used for up to 180 days before asking again. The ozl_cookie_consent cookie and WP Consent API cookies communicate your choice to compatible parts of the site. Clearing browser data removes saved choices and local exercise progress.
External media
Opening an external link or starting an external provider’s content may connect your browser to that service. This site’s settings do not control cookies on other websites. Review the provider’s policies before using the service.
